🚨 If someone promises you to « double » your 50,000 FCFA in crypto within 48 hours… this isn’t an investment. It’s a scam. Period.

1️⃣ The upfront payment via mobile money.
« Send 10,000 FCFA on Flooz/T-Money to unlock your gains. » A real crypto exchange NEVER asks you for an advance in order to give you back your own money. If they demand a « unlocking fee » before you pay → run.
2️⃣ The fake VIP WhatsApp/Telegram group.
Screenshots of « profits », fake testimonials, a “coach” in a rush. Time pressure (« only today ») is the #1 scam signal. A real investment won’t run away if you think about it for 24 hours.
3️⃣ The fake support.
No one from « Binance support » or « Wise support » messages you first to ask for your code, your seed phrase, or access to your screen (AnyDesk/TeamViewer). Your recovery phrase = the keys to your house. You don’t give it to ANYONE.
✅ Simple rule: if it sounds too good, if it’s urgent, if they ask you for money upfront → then it’s a no.

Here are 4 habits that protect your money👇
1️⃣ Guaranteed returns do NOT exist. Nobody can promise you a fixed profit. Run away.
2️⃣ Your secret phrase (12/24 words) is NEVER shared. No real support, no “advisor,” will ever ask for it. Anyone who asks wants to empty your wallet.
3️⃣ Watch out for urgency. “Offer valid for 1h,” “limited spots”… Pressure is the scammer’s #1 weapon to stop you from thinking.
4️⃣ Before sending even a single FCFA via Flooz, T-Money, or Mixx to a “seller,” check their reputation and go through a secure framework. A mobile money transfer sent is almost impossible to recover.

→ A serious exchange is done simultaneously or through a platform that blocks the funds (escrow). Never blindly.
3️⃣ « Give me your 12 words to secure your wallet. »
→ Your 12/24 words = the key to your safe deposit box. Whoever asks you for them is stealing from you. No legitimate support asks for them.
The golden rule: if it sounds too good to be true, it’s false. Verify for 30 seconds before sending even a single FCFA.
