I would like to clarify that I have always respected and strictly tried to adhere to Binance’s Terms of Use. I do not intentionally engage in any prohibited activities such as multiple accounts, automated abuse, or policy violations. If there was any unintentional system flag or misunderstanding, I kindly request the Binance Risk Control and Customer Support team to manually review my account status. I am fully prepared to complete any additional KYC, video verification, or identity checks required to clarify my position.
Please look into this issue and guide me on the resolution steps.

My Binance account has been marked as “Disqualified Account Detected.”
The message says that I violated Binance’s Terms of Use, but I’m not clear about which specific rule or activity caused this restriction.
I respect Binance’s rules and would genuinely like to understand what happened. If there is an issue with my account, I request Binance to please review my account and clarify the reason for this disqualification.
If this was detected incorrectly, I would also appreciate a proper review of my eligibility.
