I'm a developer.
For almost 3 years, while others chased "VIP signals" and social media calls, I did something different: I built my own trading bot.
I backtested. Relentlessly. I optimized. Endlessly. I've stayed up until 3 AM fixing a single entry condition. I've watched strategies with beautiful win rates on historical data collapse the moment they touched live markets. I've deleted everything and started over more times than I can count.
And somewhere along the way, I learned the most expensive lesson in trading:
The biggest account killer isn't a bad strategy. It's emotion.
You see the perfect entry, but fear freezes you. You're in profit, so you close early. You're in a loss, so you "hold and hope." Green candle? FOMO in. Red candle? Time to catch the falling knife.
An algorithm makes none of these mistakes. Not once. Not ever.
So I'm running an experiment on myself.
For the next 30 days, I will not make a single trading decision.
The bot analyzes. The bot scores. The bot signals.
My only job? Execute exactly what the system says. Nothing more, nothing less.
And I'm doing it all in public:
Winning trades: posted. Losing trades: posted. No edited results. No deleted posts. No "flex the wins, hide the losses."
This challenge isn't about proving the bot is always right.
It's about answering a bigger question:
Can a disciplined system beat human emotion?
