​Suspicious language: If they message you in English or in a strange language, ¡ALERT! It’s usually the first sign of a scammer.
​The “Appeal” Attack: Don’t wait for them to appeal. If the payment doesn’t land and you see something weird, beat them to it. Write right away that the payment hasn’t arrived. If they appeal first, the battle becomes harder and more costly to win.
​AI-generated captures: Perfect fake proof is circulating (a friend had it happen with Zelle and I had it happen with Zinli).

If you get into a dispute, don’t send only photos. Do this to prove you’re 100% honest:
​Video from the root: Record your screen by entering the Play Store, searching for the App (Zinli/Zelle), and tapping “Open” from there. This shows it’s not a fake app or an edited video.
​Transparent history: Show your current balance, the transactions from the last 24 hours, and from the last day.
​Proof contrast: Show a real previous receipt and compare it with the one the scammer sent.
