DOGE is a memecoin that serves an investment group based on common beliefs like BTC. Everyone believes it will increase and buy it and it will increase.
Or investors who buy BTC and DOGE just need to be very simple-minded compared to the rest of the market with views such as:
"BTC is the gold of the new era"
"DOGE is Elon Musk's only cryptocurrency project"
