I think for trading USA stock timings are the worst phase so as my opinion do not do future trading during that phase ,, pump and dump happens at that time
I have followed a lot of square creator when i was beginner but now i have realised they are only here for membership subscription and show only percentage profit by using high leverage but not showing there portfolio , i lost everything i had , if u are a beginner remember

i have been trading for 1 year and lost 3k USD on futures .
My experience
1- Do not do future trading on memes and high circulation coins i.e. trillion or billion
2- choose stronge fundamental coins such as solana, Inj,ordi,Tao,
3-Always stick to some coins for future trading and observe the price action and trend
4- Use only 10-20x leverage and Target to earn 6 Usdt per trade

Use only 50 usdt with 20x leverage and set profit Target 15% and with fees cut u will earn 6 usdt ,, Do scalping
Now i only prefer sol

it is less time consuming and less stress free
and remember development is a continuous process and do not try to earn much with low capital and high leverage
