$PORTAL am very optimistic to tell you that this coin will go more higher very soon I know some of you still holding at 3$ and above afraid of losing money , but I advice every one to hold it the 4$ is coming in a short time , if you have a doubt about the project you can sell it at 4$ make money ,if not then hold it ,Portal showing a very good future i always advice to invest always with 10 percent of your asset especially on new project. portal after 4$ step going to 7-8$ step thanks
