Investment firms in the US and Europe are increasingly appointing senior executives to lead digital asset strategies, according to a recent Amberdata report. The study found that 24% of asset management firms have adopted a digital assets strategy, with an additional 13% planning to do so in the next two years. The report surveyed 60 investment professionals, including asset managers and hedge fund investors, and revealed that 48% of firms have digital assets in their portfolios. Over the next two years, managers are expected to prioritize trading and investment strategies, focusing on innovative investment products. Despite regulatory pressure, the report predicts a positive outcome for investors in the next few years.
