🔥$ZEC the big picture screams uptrend, but things look a tad overbought short-term, so no chasing highs for me. Better to chill and wait for a dip to a solid support before jumping in long.
Diving into the volume on the 1-hour chart, the biggest surge hit during that fat green candle jumping from around 386 to 410. But lately, as it's creeping toward the 24-hour peak at 425.64, the volume's tapering off. That tells me buyers aren't super aggressive up here, and it kinda screams "possible dip incoming" after such a strong push – classic setup for a breather.
On the capital flows side, contracts are showing some quick outflows in the super short term (like 5-min to 1-hour, all in the red), which probably means folks are cashing in profits post-rally. But zoom out to 2-6 hours, and it's flipping positive with big inflows, hinting that fresh money's still trickling in overall. That 3-day net inflow of over 52 million USDT? That's a beast of a bullish undercurrent. Spot market's mostly bleeding out though, with negative flows – typical when futures are driving the hype.
For entry longs $ZEC , I'd eye a retreat to around the 20-MA at 403.3 or that S1 support at 406.1. If I spot a nice rejection like a hammer or pin bar there, plus volume picking up, that's my green light for a long. Or, if it smashes through 425.6 on heavy volume and closes strong, that could be a breakout play – but yeah, riskier vibe.
Stop-loss wise, I'd tuck it 3-4% below wherever you enter. Say you hop in near 406, then 393-394 (just under Support) makes sense.
Targets $ZEC : First up, retesting that 425.6 high.. If it busts through, aiming for next resistance at 438.2
