TRON is getting a US-listed ETF and it's happening this week 😳🔴
Canary Capital's Staked TRX ETF is set to list on Cboe on September 9 under the ticker $TRXS, according to Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart.
This ETF actually holds real TRX and stakes it to generate additional yield for investors. That means everyday US stock investors who've never touched crypto can now get exposure to TRX through a normal brokerage account. No wallet setup, no crypto exchange, no seed phrases.
This is TRON getting one step closer to mainstream finance. Would you actually buy TRX through an ETF like this? 👇
TRON is about to get closer to Ethereum than ever, and the vote is already scheduled 🔴🔥
Governance vote hits 25th August. If Super Representatives approve it, #TRON gets native P-256 (secp256r1) signature verification baked right into the protocol.
Why that matters!? 💡
P-256 is the same standard used by Apple's Secure Enclave, Android Keystore, and WebAuthn. This opens the door to passkey-authenticated wallets on TRON, meaning normal people could log into a crypto wallet the same way they unlock their phone. No seed phrase panic, no gas-expensive workarounds.
Node operators have until 16th August to update to v4.8.2 or risk falling out of sync before the vote even happens.
There's also a CLZ opcode addition in the mix, which tightens EVM compatibility even further and makes porting Ethereum contracts to TRON cleaner.
This is TRON quietly closing the gap on developer experience while everyone's watching price charts.
Would you actually use a passkey wallet over a seed phrase if it landed on $TRX ? 👇
