Unpopular opinion: the Fed decision at 18:00 UTC today doesn’t matter!
What Warsh says at 18:30 UTC does.
About 90% of traders expect a hold at 3.75-4.00%, so it’s already in the price. Only a surprise hike, with odds under 10%, would change that.
Here’s what I’m sticking to before 18:00 UTC:
> Stops and size set early, not at the last minute with adrenaline > No new trade until the press conference ends > Size small enough to stay calm, whatever the candle does
Hold is the base case. Words are the risk.
Agree or not? Will you trade the press conference or sit it out?
ETF investors sold for the 4th week in a row. Bitminer just bought again!!! 🤯
Spot ETH ETFs lost $225M last week. Bitmine’s answer: another 10,452 ETH.
That is only about $24M. But Bitmine has bought every single week since June 2025, through every red candle.
Where it stands now:
> 6,051,933 ETH, 4.95% of all ETH > About 58,000 ETH short of its 5% goal (roughly 6 weeks at last week’s pace) > 86% staked > It also bought back 2.04M of its own shares
Be honest. When your coin is down 13% in a month and the news is ugly, do you buy, or do you stop looking at the chart? #BitmineAdds10452ETH
Strategy just stopped buying $BTC last week. Should you panic?
The biggest Bitcoin buyer on earth just went quiet.
Last week Strategy did not buy a single Bitcoin. Instead it spent $204.9M buying back its own STRC preferred stock: 2,068,459 shares at about $99 each.
Look at the last 2 weeks: $398M on STRC, $22M on BTC.
I know that feeling in your stomach. Every Monday we got used to “Strategy bought more.” Silence feels like fear. But think like a business owner, not a fan. It is a choice about where the next dollar works hardest.
On Day 1, 500 people got paid about $35 each for one free post. I wasn't lucky, but I won't give up. 😭
- 9,109 cards posted. 500 won. - Each winner got 13,266 $PTAH. - The real odds were about 1 in 18. Better than my 1 in 30 guess, because only a third of the minted cards actually posted.
Back in for Day 2, and I'll report every draw until Day 15.
The Day 2 pool is about $20.7K, so around $41 per winner. But minted cards x2 overnight to 28K+, so the odds will get worse. And from Day 3, the daily output gets cut in half.
A year ago, Anthropic made $1.16B in six months. This year: $16.3B!
Same 6 months. 14x the money. And today they filed to go public. Here’s what stood out:
- Ticker: ANT on Nasdaq, with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley leading - Reported valuation: $1.5T-$2T, with a debut aimed at late November - Q3 alone: $16.8B, almost the whole first half in one quarter - The other side: an $80.7B net loss in H1. Most of it ($72.4B) is an accounting charge, not cash, but they still spent about $9B on compute in 6 months - About 1/5 of revenue came from just 2 customers
Strategy ($MSTR) just passed Nasdaq Inc by market cap, about $62B vs the low $50Bs, and slipped into the world’s top 400 companies.
Fun facts:
> It passed Nasdaq on Sept 3 too, on one 17% jump. These flips follow bitcoin, not business > Its market cap is still below the value of the 848,000 BTC it holds > The stock is still far from its 52-week high of about $365.
This milestone is the clearest read on how much Wall Street wants $BTC right now. Earnings land Oct 29.
TOP 7 KEY LESSONS I LEARNT FROM UNIPCS A.K.A BONK GUY 📝
He lost eight figures in minutes on 10/10. Then he lost several million more trying to win it back. The crash wasn’t his biggest mistake. What he did after it was.
My call: Join. Cost: a few cents of gas and one post a day.
You've probably seen "free 30-40U a day" for this one. That's the prize if you win. It's not what you should expect.
How to join: 1. Set up a Binance Agentic Wallet (through Binance AI Pro or your own AI agent), then claim a free .ai Agent ID from the banner in the Binance Wallet app. 2. Mint your Proof of Agent card on ptah.trade/poa with that wallet. Free, gas only, no token approval. 3. Post once a day with "Agent #[your number]" and #ProofOfAgent. X posts are picked up automatically. Square posts need their link pasted on the site. 4. Every day at 04:44 UTC, 500 cards win and PTAH goes straight to the wallet. Nothing to claim. 15 draws, the last one on Nov 9.
Here's what the numbers say at today's PTAH price: - The prize: about $30 per winner in the first 2 draws, about $15 in draws 3-6, about $10 in the last 9. The pool is the PTAH that the team's 500 mining NFTs produce, and that output gets cut in half on day 3 and cut again on day 7. - The odds: 500 places, 14,600+ cards minted. If every card posts, that's about 1 in 30. And 104K Agent IDs exist, so it can get a lot worse. - My rough math: posting all 15 days is worth about $3-7 in total. Less if PTAH falls, and 578M of the 800M mining supply hasn't come out yet.
Before you join: - Your Agent # ties your X or Square account to that wallet. Anyone can look it up, so keep only small funds there. - Use ptah.trade only. The mint never needs an approval. A site that asks for one is a scam. - Ptah is an unofficial project, not Binance. Its own whitepaper says the Genesis contracts keep owner controls and emergency withdrawal powers.
In my opinion, the draw is small. The free Agent ID is the real ticket: only Agent ID holders could mint Ptah's Relics, join this draw, or trade Four.Meme's new Agent ID launches early.
Last week: Price wicked to 84,898 but never closed a day above the level that would prove me wrong. 3 red weeks in a row now.
Bias: up. A healthy correction before the uptrend continues. If a day closes below 74,967, I'm wrong.
Weekly: 3 red candles after the push to 87,395. Price sits just above last week's low. Below it is the price gap (FVG) left by the big August candle, and 74,967 sits inside that gap.
Daily: lower highs since the 87,395 top, and the bounce to 84,898 got sold. A test of 74,967 is on the table this week. That's where I expect a strong bounce.
Key levels: - Resistance: 87,395 (PMH, last month's high) - Resistance: 84,898 (PWH, last week's high) - Support: 79,220 (PWL, last week's low) - Support: 74,967 (PML, last month's low)
Experience, not financial advice.

NEW WEEK · $BTC BIAS (Oct 12, 2026)
Bias: range, leaning up. Above 80.4K, I expect price to go back to the range high (87.4K). If we lose 80.4K, I'm wrong.
Weekly: We just finished a healthy correction week after 3 bullish candles. I expect the uptrend to continue, or just a longer consolidation here. Volume is still dropping, which tells me sentiment is not bullish enough yet.
Daily: Price has been ranging since Sep 21. It tagged the range low on Oct 8, right at the top of the FVG, and now it's heading back to the range high.
Key levels: - Resistance: 87,395 (PMH, last month's high) - Support: 80,407 (PWL, last week's low) - Support: 74,968 (PML, last month's low)
Your bias this week: up, down or range? Drop a token you're watching too. I'll check the 3 most-liked and reply with my levels.
11 million Koreans have been waiting 4 years for a tax!
Korea has been "about to" tax crypto since 2022.
Due 2022. Then 2023. Then 2025. Then 2027. Now the government is leaning toward 2029.
Not final yet. A tax subcommittee meets Nov 2.
The reason is the part that sticks with me: it's no longer "should crypto be taxed?" but "can we even see the trades?"
The tax office can't get full data from DEXs and overseas exchanges. The US only joins the global reporting system in 2029. Exchanges say they need 6-9 months to build their systems.
Wednesday the Fed speaks. Thursday morning the data answers it.
Q3 GDP and September PCE land together at 8:30 ET. Last month core PCE came in at 3.0% when 3.3% was expected. Two weeks later CPI came in hot. Nobody knows which inflation shows up.
The number isn’t the hard part. The first five minutes after it are, when every chart looks like it knows the answer.
A rough plan: - Strong growth + hot PCE: “higher for longer” talk, pressure on risk assets like $BTC - Cooler PCE: rate-relief talk comes back - Mixed: chop and fakeouts
Hong Kong just opened its doors to a Solana company. $SOL
On Oct 22, Hong Kong's government named Solana Company (Nasdaq: HSDT) to its seventh batch of strategic enterprises.
- 18 companies joined this batch, 142 in total since 2022 - It sits on a list with Pfizer, GSK, Roche and DiDi - It is the only blockchain infrastructure company onboarded in 2026 - Asia-Pacific HQ opens in Hong Kong, with Solana validators planned there
He was the kind of guy everyone liked. Good at math, obsessed with science, and the first to help when someone was stuck. When he started trading crypto, he did it the smart way. A small account, a plan, and a stop-loss written on a sticky note on his monitor. For months it worked. Small wins, small losses.
Then one night, a coin he believed in started to dump. When the price hit his stop, he cancelled it. The price kept falling. He told himself the math said it was oversold, so he added. Then he added again with leverage. When his own money ran out, he did something he had never done in his life: he lied to his girlfriend about “an emergency” and pulled out the savings they had put aside together. Then the email came: Liquidated.
At 4:40, my phone rang. When I picked up, I didn’t recognize the voice. It was flat and hollow, like a man reading his own name off a tombstone.
“I lost everything,” he said. “Everything. And her money too.”
Then there was a long silence, and the way he said “I don’t know who I am anymore” scared me more than the number did. I put on my shoes, drove over, and sat with him until the sun came up. He cried like I’d never seen a grown man cry.
The next week, he came to my door and asked to borrow $2,000. “Just to win it back,” he said. I looked at him, my smartest friend, and saw the exact same man who had cancelled his stop. I said no. I said it with a broken heart, and he walked away angry. I didn’t hear from him for 3 weeks.
When he came back, he wasn’t angry anymore.
“You were right,” he said. “I wasn’t broke because the market beat me. I was broke because I stopped listening to myself.”
He told his girlfriend everything. It took months to rebuild that trust, and he’s still paying it back. Today he trades tiny, with a hard stop-loss set the second he enters. He never cancels it and never moves it down. When people ask what changed, he says:
“A small loss is tuition. A liquidation is a funeral. A mosquito knows when to stop.”
On Oct 23, gold touched 3,986, about 29% below its January record of 5,595. The “safe haven” fell right alongside stocks.
- Tech stocks sold off hard (Nasdaq -2.6%). When traders lose money in stocks, they sell what is easy to sell. Gold is easy to sell. - Oil near 102 brought back inflation fears. That means rates may stay high for longer, and gold pays no interest. - Too much borrowed money was crowded into gold. When it unwinds, the drop feeds itself.
The first obituary came when $BTC cost $0.11. It has been “dead” at $0.11, $1,000, $20,000 and $60,000. Still no funeral, still no body.
The funniest part is human nature:
- Price drops 30%: everyone becomes a eulogy writer. - Price pumps 30%: everyone becomes a Lambo architect.
Same $BTC . Same people. Only the mood changed.
Obituaries spike in the crashes, which is also where fear is loudest. A headline is a mood, not a signal, and “it never dies” is not a reason to buy either.
Which “Bitcoin is dead” made you panic sell in the past?
Bitcoin’s computing power is back above 1,000 EH/s! That is 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 guesses every second!
Hashrate = how many guesses per second miners make while racing to add the next block. More guesses = harder to attack the network.
The 7-day average passed 1,000 EH/s. That is the highest since March 3 (BlocksBridge, Oct 22).
Why: - Texas miners switched back on after the summer heat season - Bitdeer added about 9.5 EH/s in one month - Smaller miners are plugging in used machines that big players left behind
Hashrate up, price down. Which signal do you trust more?

FINMA just approved a retail fund that holds Bitcoin directly.
Why it matters: - A real fund, not a note - Bitcoin got an exception from Swiss risk-spreading rules, thanks to its long history and volume - Open to retail, not only pros - More applications are already in
I love this news. But an ETF doesn't make Bitcoin calm. It still swings hard, so size it like it can.
