Why Most Traders Fail

Position sizing is one of the most overlooked parts of trading.
Many traders risk too much on a single trade. A few bad trades can wipe out their account before they even get enough time to improve.
If you want to stay in the game long enough to become a better trader, protect your capital first.
A simple rule:
Risk only 1%–1.5% of your capital per trade.
For example, with a $100,000 account: 1% risk = $1,000 maximum loss per trade.
$1000 account: 1% risk = $10$100 account: 1% risk = $1
Trading isn't about winning every trade.
