$NEAR looks weak here, but I’m not jumping into a short yet.
Price pushed above the old $4.814 high and tagged $4.840 before dropping back into the range. That breakout got rejected pretty fast, so some buyers may be trapped up there.
Since then, we’ve seen lower highs and lower lows.
The level I’m watching now is $4.428.
If we get an H1 close below $4.428 and the retest fails, that’s where the short setup becomes interesting.
