$PEPE has already broken the descending trendline, and price is now testing the strong 4H demand zone. This pullback is important because I want to see whether buyers actually defend the breakout area.

A bullish reaction from demand would be stronger if we get a clear bullish 4H candle, preferably with a solid body and a close back above the nearby resistance, rather than just a wick. Volume is also important — a clear increase in buying volume during the bullish candle would show real participation instead of a weak bounce.

If PEPE breaks the demand zone with strong bearish candles + increased selling volume, while RSI remains below its MA and momentum weakens, I would consider the bullish setup invalid. In that case, the trendline breakout would have failed to produce continuation and a deeper correction becomes more likely.
