According to PANews, OpenAI's recent report titled 'State of Enterprise AI' reveals significant growth in the adoption of ChatGPT among businesses. The report indicates that ChatGPT serves over 800 million users weekly, with enterprise adoption accelerating and deepening. Over the past year, ChatGPT Enterprise has seen an eightfold increase in weekly message volume, while average messages per user have risen by 30%. Structured processes such as Projects and Custom GPTs have grown 19 times within the year, and organizational reasoning token consumption has surged approximately 320 times.
The survey found that 75% of employees believe AI enhances speed or quality, saving an average of 40–60 minutes daily, with heavy users saving over 10 hours weekly. Industries such as technology, healthcare, and manufacturing are leading in growth. Additionally, enterprise clients in Australia, Brazil, the Netherlands, and France have increased by over 140% year-on-year. Advanced users and enterprises show significant usage intensity, with constraints shifting towards organizational implementation and execution.
