Acionistas da Armada Acquisition Corp. II aprovou uma combinação de negócios com a Evernorth Holdings em uma reunião geral extraordinária realizada em 30 de setembro.
O acordo limpa um grande obstáculo para a criação de uma empresa de capital aberto construída em torno de participações de XRP.
A transação e as colocações privadas relacionadas arrecadaram mais de US$ 1 bilhão. Desse total, aproximadamente US$ 300 milhões são receitas monetárias brutas esperadas, compostas por US$ 225 milhões de colocações privadas relacionadas, US$ 30 milhões em financiamento incremental de notas conversíveis e cerca de US$ 48 milhões mantidos na conta fiduciária da Armada II, antes das despesas de transação.
