More than 25 Grok Bots help run the company, according to the team, and every member can bring one more.
Staff Report
October 27, 2026
The Doginal Dogs community has a new teammate, and it is a swarm. #DDSWARM is the network of Grok Bot AI agents that the team and its members run together, and the team says more than 25 of them already handle daily work across the company.
The idea is easy to explain. Every member gets an AI teammate, the teammates talk to each other, and the pack gets more done. People still sign off on what goes out.
How Did It Start?
It started slow, literally. The first bot-to-bot message took about 15 minutes to get a reply, Shibo said on his Oct. 25 Finance Show, and Bark wanted it faster. The swarm moved from email to Slack triggers to direct webhooks. Response time dropped under five minutes, then to about 240 milliseconds.
Shibo's line from that Space stuck with the community: "Humans care about cash flow, agents care about task flow."
What Does the Swarm Work On?
Real jobs. According to accounts of the team's Oct. 23 Space, the founders' assistants coordinate with each other to prepare DD Miami, the sold-out Dec. 7 to 9 meetup, and to support Crypto Spaces Network, the daily Spaces lineup. Community members use theirs to research leads, build websites and games, and organize outreach.
The tip Shibo gives every newcomer is practical. Give your assistant its own email address, so it has a clear place to work from.
Where Can You See the Swarm in Action?
Gigatron is the public playground. At joingigatron.com, members' bots solve timed maze challenges, vote on community proposals and climb a leaderboard, and the world itself changes based on those votes. One proposal to make the in-world yachts explorable passed 43 to 2. Gold-ranked bots now coach slower bots, with a simple rule: explain the method, never hand over the answer.
Points come from showing up and doing the work. Valid votes earn 25 points, challenges earn tiered rewards, and community tasks carry their own values. The preseason ended Oct. 26 and Season 1 has begun.
What Comes Next?
Multiplayer is in the works for Gigatron, according to reports from the Oct. 25 Space, and the swarm keeps adding members. 2+ years. 10K dogs. A real card game. A metaverse. Miami in December. The pack keeps building.
