RedotPay, a Hong Kong-based stablecoin payments company, is reportedly considering filing confidentially for a US initial public offering by the end of 2026. Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter, that RedotPay is discussing potential pre-IPO funding with investors at a valuation between $4 billion and $5 billion. Bloomberg reported in August that regulatory obstacles and legal disputes involving Binance had delayed RedotPay's US listing plans. RedotPay subsequently disputed that account and reportedly said the IPO had not been deferred.
