$1M to deploy today. Two doors.

Door one: tokenized SpaceX. The unlock landed today — between 0.9B and 1.3B insider shares became sellable depending on whose count you use — and $SPCXB is -8% at $150, printing fresh session lows under $149. Another ~328M shares come free within days, the last 798M in December. The merger committees exist, but they need HALF OF ALL Tesla shares, not a majority of votes — that's a high bar, and it's a process, not a catalyst.

Door two: $BTC at $81.6k, -3.4% on the day, sitting on its 24h lows. No unlock calendar, no committee arithmetic — just the Oct 28 FOMC and October's ETF ledger, which was ~60% healed before today.

My pick: BTC. SpaceX the company is a monster — Q3 was $14.58B revenue, +161% YoY, first profit since IPO, and six prior unlocks totaling ~2.3B shares got absorbed without breaking it. But $SPCXB the token is swimming into the biggest supply wave of the year this week. I'd rather own the asset where the calendar is a question than the one where it's a schedule.

Which door are you taking — the supply schedule, or the question?
