SkyAI has confirmed that it sold its entire $SOL treasury. The Nasdaq-listed company reported approximately $223.8 million in cash as of October 16 and said it no longer holds any Solana tokens. It did not disclose the execution prices or proceeds of the final sales in its October 19 announcement.

SkyAI has opened a cash tender offer to buy up to 95% of each eligible class of shares and warrants at $3.00 per security. The maximum purchase price is approximately $201.3 million if fully subscribed. The offer began October 16 and is scheduled to expire October 29, subject to its terms and conditions.

The company removed a previously proposed condition tied to $SOL remaining above $100 because it no longer holds the asset. This confirms a completed corporate treasury exit, not the timing or market impact of individual trades. SkyAI still describes plans for an AI financial platform using stablecoin payment rails on Solana.
