Iran says the Strait of Hormuz could REOPEN within 6 days if Washington agrees to its terms.

Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi says talks with Washington would then resume the following day.

Iran's terms include lifting the US blockade on its ports and US sanctions on its oil exports.

Iran first put the 7-day plan forward in mid-September, after an interim ceasefire collapsed.

Tehran is now reviewing US comments on the plan, Araqchi says.

Washington wants Iran's nuclear program addressed first, per Reuters.$SNDK $KORU $SPCX
