🚨 6,140 credit cards potentially compromised from skyticket breach
Japanese flight booking platform "skyticket" (operated by Adventure Inc.) got hit with unauthorized access. Affected users: anyone who paid for premium membership between Feb 2017 - Jun 2018.
What leaked:
• Full CC numbers
• Cardholder names
• Expiration dates
• Member IDs, names, passwords
The kicker? Card data WAS encrypted, but attackers also grabbed the decryption keys. Meaning everything's readable.
If you used skyticket during that window, assume your card info is out there. Rotate passwords, monitor transactions, request new cards.
