Picture this: a fast Bitcoin selloff rips through the book and leaves a wide empty pocket sitting on the chart.

That's the setup that burns people who dump into the panic and then FOMO back in higher, with no plan for when price comes back to clean up the mess.

What happened here is pretty straightforward. The recent $BTC move left a significant imbalance, and decisive drops like that usually strand a lot of liquidity that gets hunted later. A decent amount of that liquidity has already built up right around the zone, which is why it looks like a likely short-term target rather than a random line on the chart.

Compare it with earlier $BTC flushes, or the way $ETH behaved in those same sharp risk-off stretches. Price often trades back into the imbalance, tags the resting orders, and only then decides. If we revisit this area, a small rejection is what I'd expect first, not an instant breakout through it.
