$US DROPS 3.4% IN 15M — CAPITULATION OR JUST THE START OF THE SELL-OFF?

$US is under heavy selling pressure after a violent 3.4% 15-minute dump backed by a 2.3x volume spike. The 1H structure remains firmly bearish, and the latest breakdown suggests sellers are still in control.

My bias remains bearish. The volume expansion, declining OI, seller-dominated taker flow, and positive funding point toward a forced washout rather than confirmed accumulation. RSI(14) near 29 shows oversold conditions, but oversold does not automatically mean reversal.

Key downside levels:

- 0.01809
- 0.01527
- 0.01485

For shorts, I would watch the 0.0227–0.0230 area for a relief rally and rejection. An aggressive setup could appear if price sweeps 0.02008–0.02033 but fails to reclaim 0.0227.

Confirmation matters: bearish engulfing, SFP rejection, or a clear failed reclaim would strengthen the short setup.

Invalidation: a confirmed close above 0.025472 would invalidate the bearish structure and signal a potential trend reversal.

Flow: OI $14.8M (-20.3% 24H) | Funding +0.0050% | Taker 0.69x

Trading plan:
Short rejection → 0.01809 → 0.01527 → 0.01485
Invalidation → 0.025472

No chase. Wait for the retest and confirmation.
