Amazon plans to sell about $8 billion worth of Nvidia AI chip assets
Amazon is in talks with investors to transfer about $8 billion in Nvidia Grace Blackwell chips through a special purpose vehicle (SPV), and then lease the chips back so they can continue being used for data centers.
