I'm honestly surprised to see QNT pumping so hard today.

While BTC is down to $83K, QNT is up almost 65% at $287. I checked the reason - The Clearing House in US is using Quant for their new on-chain settlement. That's actually big news, not just hype.

I think this could be more than a short pump. If banks really start using Quant tech, this level is still early.
