$DRG is becoming an interesting small-cap play in the Sei ecosystem.

Saphyre, formerly DragonSwap, is currently the largest DEX on Sei by TVL, and its trading activity has been growing rapidly.

At the time of writing, Saphyre shows around $19.3M TVL, $7M in 24h trading volume, $18.5K in 24h fees and more than 16.9K transactions. Its cumulative trading volume has already reached roughly $6.8B.

Meanwhile, DRG is trading around $0.0149 with a market cap of only ~$2.4M and an FDV of ~$14.9M.

The interesting part is the valuation gap.

A protocol processing billions in cumulative volume and generating meaningful fees is currently valued at only a few million dollars through its token.

DRG is also up more than 80% over the past 30 days, although it remains well below its previous ATH.

The bigger catalyst may be Saphyre's next phase: moving beyond spot DEX trading into perpetual futures, with its Perps product connecting to Monaco's trading infrastructure.

The key question is whether Saphyre can turn its growing trading activity and fee generation into sustainable value for its token.

For a protocol already processing billions in volume, the token valuation is certainly worth watching.
