Aliko Dangote and Ethiopian Investment Holdings will invest $660 million to build a petroleum-products pipeline linking Ethiopia to Djibouti’s coast, according to Bloomberg.
The project includes pipeline and storage infrastructure for the Horn of Africa nation.
