Crypto has started the week with a broad recovery, but the market is moving into several major event risks.
At the latest market check:
• Bitcoin: $77,650 | +1.83%
• Ethereum: $2,465 | +2.95%
• BNB: $701 | +1.93%
• Solana: $94.86 | +2.25%
More importantly, 28 of the 31 liquid USDT markets checked were positive.
That tells us this is not merely a Bitcoin bounce. Capital is spreading across majors and selected altcoins.
Sentiment has also changed quickly. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index climbed from 66 to 73, placing the market firmly in Greed territory.
That is bullish—but it creates a new risk.
When prices rise while traders become increasingly confident, late buyers often start chasing candles. A bullish market can therefore experience sharp liquidations without ending its larger uptrend.
Bitcoin’s immediate decision zone is now clear:
📈 Above $78,050: breakout momentum could strengthen
🛡️ Around $75,900: important short-term support
📉 Below $75,900: the current rebound begins to look vulnerable
The strongest liquid movers include TUT, PENGU and AAVE. However, chasing assets after double-digit daily rallies creates poor risk-to-reward unless price forms a new base.
This week’s major catalysts:
• August 24: Conflux network upgrade and hard fork
• August 25: COAI token unlock and TermMax’s Binance Alpha debut
• August 26: U.S. PCE inflation, GDP and durable-goods data
• August 28: Fed Chair Kevin Warsh speaks at Jackson Hole
The Wednesday inflation report and Friday Fed speech could determine whether Bitcoin breaks higher or returns to support.
The market is bullish, but this is no longer a low-expectation environment. Greed is rising, event risk is approaching and the easiest part of the rebound may already be behind us.
Watch the levels. Let confirmation—not FOMO—make the decision.
