The Ethereum Foundation has released its "strawmap" roadmap and outlined five goals: fast L1 finality, a "gigagas" L1 reaching 10k TPS using zkevms, a "teragas" L2 with data availability sampling, post-quantum cryptography, and native L1 privacy for confidential ETH transfers.
