equiti

🔥 At 02:17 UTC, a $4.25 billion order slammed the crypto newsfeed, and the price charts trembled.

📊 Bullish announced it will acquire Equiti, the regulated transfer agent, stitching a $4.25 B token‑securities bridge that could funnel institutional capital into crypto, just as BTC hovers at $80,362 with a bullish MACD crossover and $1.2 B 24‑h volume. With Bitcoin futures open interest at $7.59 B and longs paying a 0.01 % funding premium, the market’s neutral sentiment (50/100) feels like a calm before a tidal surge. #Tokenization #Bullish #Equiti

💡 The irony? Smart wallets that quietly loaded up Solana‑based MoonCoin are now eyeing this regulated infrastructure, turning a traditional transfer agent into the next on‑chain playground for whales.

❓ Will this $4.25 B play turn tokenized securities into the next crypto bull, or will regulatory tides stall the surge?
