Майнинг-пулы начали блокировать транзакции с адресов или на адреса, находящиеся под санкциями Управлением по контролю за иностранными активами Министерства финансов США (OFAC) — они просто не добавляются в блоки.
За последние несколько недель было 6 подобных случаев. Один со стороны ViaBTC, другой — пула Foundry USA, а еще четыре — F2Pool. Самое интересное, что участвуют в этом не только американские майнинг-пулы, но и китайские.
На прикрепленной картинке — распределение хэшрейта, топ-3 пула могут заблокировать любую транзакцию.
