HYPE is the standout performer at +18.8%, while PEPE, LIT, and PUMP are also showing impressive gains. ZEC is up 5.7%, reflecting positive momentum in the snapshot. However, not every altcoin is participating in the rally. The sharp declines in BTW and RAIN show that selling pressure remains in parts of the market.
One important point: strong daily gains don't automatically mean a coin will keep rising. After a sharp move, profit-taking and volatility can increase. This heatmap shows percentage changes, not the reasons behind them or confirmation of a continuing trend.

Last week, this report pointed to the bids at $81K on the Binance spot book. Bitcoin traded through them on October 8, and the largest block of bids now sits one level lower, at $80K. It grew sharply late on October 8 and has held since.

The block sits just under the US Spot ETF Cost Basis, so the zone between $80K and $81.5K is where order-book and on-chain support overlap. A break below it would bring the liquidation cluster just under $80K, and then the True Market Mean near $78K, into play.
