Visa just said its stablecoin settlement run rate cleared $25 billion annualized — about 10x a year ago — with
$USDC and other dollar rails in the mix.
On October 27, 2026, Visa CEO Ryan McInerney told the fiscal fourth-quarter earnings call that the network’s stablecoin settlement pace has surpassed $25 billion in annualized volume, up tenfold year over year. That figure is a run rate from current activity, not a full-year cumulative total. Visa said settlement now spans 10 blockchains across all five of its geographic regions and supports five stablecoins, including USDC, USDG, EURC, PayPal USD (PYUSD), and SBC.
Separately, stablecoin-linked Visa card programs topped 225 — up more than 70% year over year — covering about five million cards in more than 50 countries, with program volume up over 150%. The Visa Stablecoin Platform is live in the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Switzerland and the U.K., with a pipeline of more than 300 partners.
