• Nigeria (14 oct.) : KuCoin Nigeria obtient une « approbation de principe » conditionnelle de la SEC, pour entrer dans son programme d'incubation réglementaire (ARIP).

Un pays ne demande pas « crypto oui ou non ». Il demande : « es-tu enregistré chez moi, et protèges-tu mes citoyens ? »

⚖️ La nuance
• Au Nigeria, cette approbation n'est PAS une licence : KuCoin Nigeria ne peut pas encore ouvrir de comptes, ni proposer du trading ou des dépôts en naira.
• En Corée, les autorités reconnaissent que le blocage peut compliquer les retraits. Les plateformes visées facturaient 1,5 % à 10 % de frais, contre 0,16 % en moyenne chez les grandes plateformes locales.
