Gold $XAU extends slide as inflation fears lift Fed hike bets amid Trump's tariffs
Gold attracts sellers for the second straight day, and weakens further below the $4,050 level during the Asian session. Escalating US-Iran tensions remain supportive of elevated crude oil prices, fueling inflation fears and bolstering expectations of higher-for-longer US interest rates. This helps the US Dollar to preserve its strong weekly gains to a nearly one-month high, and turns out to be a key factor undermining the non-yielding bullion.

the price of gold $XAU now finally started cooling down, its still danger untill its goes down below 4090$, as the gold will fall below this price it will indicate US that the yesterday pump was just a liquidity grab event by market makers and the downtrend will continue.

Gold plunge almost 3% yesterday as the geo political tension rises in middle east. Gold ($XAU ) falls below $4,000, at the time of writing this on Tuesday Gold is trading near $4,025$. Traders are waiting for USA CPI data announcement. If the CPI data will announce higher than previous or higher then expectation than Gold price may suffer more and might falls below $3,950. However a lower CPI announcement can bring a drastic surge in Gold.
The Relative Strength Index RSI is at 39 lower then the level of neutral highlighting the strong selling pressure. while Moving Average Convergence Divergence MACD orange line is near to flip blue line forming light green histogram indicating that the demand is getting weaker and the hold of bearish momentum.
