✍️ Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) : The King of All Strategies 👑 [Read Full🎁]

👀 While Doing SPOT Trading or Even Futures, You might have Come Accross the Term DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging)

💬 But What Actually is DCA Strategy?

DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) is a Method of Lowering your Entry Price by gradually adding small portions of your capital to the Existing Positions.

Say For example

👉 You bought something with $100 and your average price was $1, so if the price falls to $0.5, you have to buy the same Asset again for maybe $50 again, which will thereby decrease your entry price..

🤔 How To Use this Strategy on Binance (Auto Convert/DCA Bot) ?

👉 You can use Binance Auto Convert Bot, You just Have to enter how much you want to invest and select timeperiod how often u want to invest, and the bot automatically places order for you regardless the market movement.

✨ Over the Long Term You will get excellent results. ✅

👉 In futures I Use DCA Strategy in order to lower my entry level and to get closer to Market Price. ✅

✍️ At the End No one can exactly predict where the Market is Going but you can Manage and reduce your Risk through DCA Strategy upto some extent.

🎯 Guidelines (please read before taking my signals) :-

1. Please always use Max (50X) Leverage to open positions.

2. Next step Change from Initial Margin To Order Size (Most important step)

3. Open Order worth 0.3% of your total capital in Cross Mode ✅️ not in Isolated ❌️

Say for example if you have 100USDT

You opened a position with 50x & order size is 15USDT, then your Margin used will be 0.3USDT coz (0.3USDT × 50X = 15USDT order Size)

[If you don't have 100USDT u can start with 35USDT Also read my pinned post no. 2, Below 35USDT, u cannot survive here without getting liquidated]

Your Liquidation will be zero in Long Trades ✅️ and in short trades your liquidation will be very far ✅️
