国家级文件提到区块链了，这次还把它和算力网放在了一起。
中央和国务院相关文件提出建设国家区块链网络、全国一体化算力网，放进了发展新质生产力的大方向里。
这件事我觉得有点意思。
以前很多人一听区块链，第一反应就是比特币、炒币、发土狗。
但现在国家要推动的，是把区块链作为数字基础设施的一部分，用在数据流通、产业协作、供应链和可信记录等实际场景。
当然这里有个很大的区别国家推动区块链建设，不等于放开加密货币交易，更不等于直接利好所有公链代币。
国内的建设方向更偏向有监管要求的产业链和联盟链体系。
但从长远来看，区块链被越来越多地纳入基础设施建设，本身就值得关注。
尤其是 $ETH 这类智能合约平台，市场可能会重新讨论资产上链、RWA、结算和链上金融这些叙事。

一方面，机构资金仍在持续流入，长线资金对 BTC 的支撑依然存在；另一方面，当前宏观环境并没有出现明显恶化。
目前价格正好回踩 86,000 美元附近均线支撑，接下来重点观察这里的承接力度。
