$BTC $ETH THE BUYERS ARE GETTING BIGGER
Crypto's institutional story is moving beyond ETFs.
More companies are now treating Bitcoin and Ethereum as treasury assets, and the size of recent purchases is becoming difficult to ignore.
Strategy reportedly bought 4,603 $BTC for about $369.7M, taking its holdings to roughly 845,050 BTC.
Bitmine reportedly added 53,501 $ETH worth around $131M, bringing its holdings close to 5.9M ETH.
Strive also reportedly purchased another 1,800 BTC for approximately $143M.
Combined, that's more than $640M of reported corporate crypto accumulation in a single week.
But the headline isn't simply the amount of money spent.
It's the time horizon behind the money.
A trader buying BTC for a few hours is making a completely different decision from a company adding Bitcoin to its balance sheet.
Corporate treasury strategies are generally built around a much longer thesis.
They may be willing to sit through volatility that would force short-term traders out of their positions.
That doesn't mean these companies will always be right.
It doesn't mean Bitcoin or Ethereum can only go higher.
And it certainly doesn't eliminate the possibility of major corrections.
What it does show is that crypto ownership is gradually becoming part of corporate capital allocation.
That's a major shift.
For years, the crypto market was largely driven by retail traders, exchanges and speculative leverage.
Now we're seeing another layer of demand developing:
ETFs.
Corporate treasuries.
Institutional portfolios.
Each operates differently, but together they can create a much deeper market.
The most important thing to watch from here isn't just whether another company announces a purchase.
It's whether this behavior continues during periods of weakness.
Anyone can buy after a strong rally.
The real test comes when BTC drops 15%, 20% or more.

Bitcoin Is Holding $78K. Friday’s Jobs Report Could Decide What Comes Next.
$BTC is entering September with the market caught between strong August momentum and a much tougher macro environment.
Bitcoin gained roughly 23% in August, but failed to hold the move above $80K.
Now the next major catalyst is already on the calendar.
The U.S. jobs report.
My radar:
🟠 $BTC — $77K support, $79.4K–$80.8K resistance
🔵 $ETH — watching relative strength
🟣 $SOL — sensitive to liquidity
🟢 $XRP — watching institutional demand
The jobs report matters because the Federal Reserve is facing a difficult decision.
Markets are currently pricing around a 60% probability of a September rate hike after hawkish comments from Fed Chair Kevin Warsh.
But that expectation can change quickly if employment data comes in weaker than expected. 0
That is why Friday's number could become the next major trigger for risk assets.
A weak jobs report could reduce rate-hike expectations.
Lower rate expectations could support liquidity.
And that could give Bitcoin another opportunity to challenge $80K.
But a stronger-than-expected labor report could have the opposite effect.
Higher rate expectations.
Higher yields.
More pressure on risk assets.
That is the macro battle happening underneath the chart.
Technically, the structure is still clear.
Buyers defended the $77K area.
But sellers continue to appear around $80K.

There is also an interesting institutional signal.
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted around $924M between August 24 and 28.
Yet price still failed to break $80K.
That suggests strong demand is being met by significant selling pressure.
This is where $ETH becomes interesting.
Ethereum ETFs also attracted around $824M during the same period, showing that institutional demand is not limited to Bitcoin.
