Revisited all the trades I shared in June & July and one thing became very clear.
Most of the setups I shared were long scalps.
The problem with longs in the current market is that they're often short lived. You can make quick profits when the move works but if you get stuck in a position losses can build up just as quickly.
Deep down I've known this from the beginning we're still in a bear market.
it's generally better to focus on short setups rather than forcing longs.
This review was a good reminder that adapting to the market is more important than sticking to a bias.
Trade what the market is giving you not what you want it to do.
