The early-week selloff failed to push Gold much lower. But one green candle yesterday isn’t enough for buyers to take control again.
Today I’m watching the reaction around the $4,200–$4,220 resistance zone.
Break and hold above it → the bounce could extend toward $4,260.
Rejection there → Gold could come back to test $4,120.
Lose $4,120 → the downside structure opens up again.
If selling keeps showing up as price moves higher, yesterday’s green candle could end up being just a technical bounce.
But if price absorbs that selling and keeps forming higher lows, the short-term balance starts to shift.
