Bitcoin slipped below $58,000 as aggressive sellers overwhelmed buyers on Binance, pushing Net Taker Volume to roughly -$330 million—the deepest negative reading on the chart.

The move marked a clear escalation in sell-side pressure.

Binance had previously recorded a major negative imbalance of around -$311 million on June 25, but the latest reading surpassed that level as BTC broke beneath $58,000, a price zone last seen in September 2024.

Net Taker Volume measures whether market buyers or sellers are more aggressively crossing the spread.

A sharply negative reading means sellers are hitting available bids at market price, showing that sell orders are not merely passive exits but active pressure against buyers.

The timing is notable: Bitcoin’s drop below $58,000 occurred alongside the strongest seller imbalance in the displayed period, suggesting that Binance derivatives traders played a meaningful role in accelerating the decline.

For Bitcoin to stabilize, the market would likely need to see this aggressive sell imbalance fade and Net Taker Volume recover toward neutral or positive territory. Until then, Binance order flow remains tilted decisively in favor of sellers.
