binance is paying you in xrp to hold ripple's stablecoin, and the fine print matters more than the headline
from tonight you can hold rlusd in spot, funding, earn or margin and share a 600k $XRP pool, airdropped every friday until late november
my read: this is ripple buying distribution for rlusd on the biggest venue, paid in its own coin. two things people will miss. your daily balance counts as the lowest hourly snapshot, so shuffling funds kills it. and rlusd looped with borrowed stables on margin gets mostly haircut. the bonus goes to fresh deposits and flexible earn. what im watching is whether weekly xrp drops turn into friday sell pressure
ill post the first payout rate, follow if you want it
tesla beat earnings and still got sold, because the market wanted more spending not less
tesla cut its capex guidance and pushed robotaxi and optimus timelines out. the beat didnt matter, nasdaq futures went red with it
#TeslaSlides5%PreMarket
for crypto there are two reads. one, this is a risk-off morning for tech and $BTC trades with that bid more than people admit. two, it's a tesla story about ai timelines, not liquidity,, crypto can decouple once the open settles. $TSLAB on binance makes this a 24/7 trade now, so weekend flows can front run the stock. what changes it is whether the selling spreads past tesla into the rest of tech. id watch the cash open and whether btc holds while nasdaq bleeds
61,800 $BTC are sitting in a uk wallet and now two countries want them
a tianjin court opened a case to confiscate the coins seized from qian zhimin, days after a london judge said chinese law decides the victims' claims. nobody owns them yet
#ChinaSeeksToSeize61800BTC
the market reads every seized stash as future supply, but it cuts both ways. a uk win means a government holder that can sell or just sit on it. a china win likely means victim payouts, a slower road to exchanges. with appeals and a long claims window this looks like a 2027 headline risk, not a sell order this week. a settlement or a clear ruling changes that. id watch court dates and wallet movement, not the noise
ill keep tracking this one, stick around for the updates
iost just showed what a short squeeze looks like when theres nothing under it
$IOST ran hard after its v4.0.0 mainnet upgrade, then most of the move got dumped overnight. funding was deep negative across exchanges before it, so a lot of shorts got forced to buy
thing is the upgrade is node stability stuff. no change to supply, fees or staking. good maintenance, but not a reason to more than double. when daily volume runs way past the market cap its fast money flipping, not people holding
im not touching it. what id watch is whether it holds around 0.0009 or bleeds back to where it started. holds and maybe real buyers stuck around, if not it was just leverage
i post these reads on whatever is moving, follow for the next one
btc got within a hair of 85k and gave the whole move back by this morning
$BTC is at 82,536 right now, down 0.4% on the day and sitting right on its 24h low after an 84,898 high. $ETH same story, 2,431 and -0.6% after tagging 2,526
yesterday eth led on the way up. today it leads on the way down too, about 3.8% off its high vs 2.8% for btc. thats risk appetite cooling, not a crash
a wick to 85k that cant hold usually means sellers were waiting there, so i treat 84.9k as the ceiling until we reclaim it
81k on btc is still my line. hold it and this is just late longs getting shaken out. lose it and im not catching that knife. on eth i want 2,400 to hold
follow along if you want the morning read every day
you can now post berkshire stock as margin collateral on binance and most people scrolled right past it
binance listed 5 more bStocks on spot today: $BRKBB , $VSTB , $BOTB plus KSTRB and TMFB. since 12:00 utc they also count as collateral on cross and portfolio margin. no borrowing them yet
rwa tokenization is one of the things i watch closest, and this is it landing where the volume already is. using a stock token to back crypto trades is a real unlock if you hold both. but its only for eligible users, and a 3x treasury etf as collateral can get you liquidated fast if you dont watch margin
im not moving anything over yet. want to see how the collateral holds up on a volatile day first
ill keep tracking what binance ships, follow along if thats your thing
everyone forgot about privacy coins again and $ZEC just reminded them
up 9.5% today to 1,333, after printing a 1,350 high. this isn't a thin pump either, about $226M traded in 24h
what i like is how it's acting after the high. it pulled back a bit but it's holding around 1,330 instead of dumping straight back to where it opened at 1,217. that usually means real buyers, not just one squeeze
i'm not aping in at the top of a green day though. if it holds 1,250 on a pullback, that's where i start paying attention. lose the 1,190 daily low and i call it a squeeze and move on
follow if you want more of these reads on what's moving
$BTC back at 83.6k, up about 2.5% on the day and sitting right under the 83.7k high. $ETH doing a bit better, +3.2% to around 2,470 after bouncing off 2,384 earlier.
what i like is eth leading a little. when eth outpaces btc on a green day it usually means people are willing to take a bit more risk, not just hiding in btc.
but both are pressing their daily highs at the same time, and that's usually where things get decided. either we break through tonight and hold, or get rejected and chop back into the range.
i'm not chasing here. i'd want a clean hold above these levels before adding anything. if we lose 81k on btc, i'm just waiting it out. no rush.
