$NEAR Whale "mk4" Sitting on Over $20M in Profits from a NEAR Long Position, A Trade of a Lifetime
The market is witnessing one of the best long positions of the year.
Trader "mk4" on Hyp**liquid opened a long position of 5.76 million NEAR in September at an average price of just $2.35. NEAR is currently trading around $5.85, a 145% gain in a single month.
The result: this position currently holds unrealized profits exceeding $20 million.
A look at the numbers:
Entry: 5.76 million NEAR @ $2.35
Current price: ~$5.85
Gain: +145% in 1 month
Unrealized profit: >$20 million
This is the kind of position every trader dreams of—entering right in the accumulation zone, holding through the market move, and letting profits run. No scalping, no day-trading. Just patience and getting the direction right.
But let's be real: unrealized profit isn't realized profit. The market can turn at any moment, and massive positions like this always require extremely strict risk management.
For those holding a NEAR long position, this serves as motivation. For those on the sidelines, it’s a lesson in patience.
A whale is sitting on $20 million in profit, are you in on this trade?

$SOL SOL Becomes the Second ETF Listed in Hong Kong, Institutional Capital Quietly Flowing In
Solana has just announced that the Pando Solana ETF (ticker: 2831.HK) will officially list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 13. This marks the second spot Solana ETF in this market.
Beyond that, Solana revealed some noteworthy figures:
The total Net Asset Value (NAV) of spot Solana ETFs globally now stands at approximately $1.9 billion.
Cumulative net inflows have surpassed $1.6 billion.
What does this mean?
Capital from traditional financial institutions (TradFi) continues to find its way into Solana via ETF products. Hong Kong's successive approvals of spot Solana funds indicate that the market views SOL as an asset sufficiently "mature" for inclusion in managed investment portfolios.
From a technical standpoint, this serves as a positive long-term catalyst. Circulating supply is absorbed as ETFs hold the actual tokens, thereby reducing sell pressure in the spot market.
However, let's be realistic: an ETF launch doesn't guarantee an immediate price surge. Sometimes, it triggers a "sell the news" event. Don't let the headlines cloud your judgment; let price action and volume provide the confirmation.
A second ETF in Hong Kong, $1.9 billion in global NAV institutional capital is flowing into SOL. Have you positioned yourself yet?

$LIT Lighter Completes Burn of 2.45 Million Tokens, Supply Drops Sharply After Q3
Lighter has just announced the completion of a burn involving 2,452,017 LIT tokens, a figure so massive I had to double-check the decimal placement to be sure.
According to the announcement, these tokens were acquired through an automated buyback program covering the period up to the end of Q3 2026. Lighter repurchased LIT from the open market and sent the tokens straight to the burn address, permanently removing them from the circulating supply.
What this move means:
Reduced circulating supply → long-term selling pressure is alleviated.
Demonstrates the team's commitment to using revenue to support the token price.
Sets a precedent for future quarters should the buyback program continue.
However, a note of caution: While token burning is fundamentally positive news, the price ultimately depends on capital flow and broader market sentiment. A burn doesn't guarantee an immediate price surge.
What do you think about this token burn? Could it trigger a rally for LIT in the near future?

$XRP Decade-Old Vulnerability Patched, No New XRP Created
The XRP Ledger Foundation has officially addressed the recent security incident. The good news: no new XRP was created, and the vulnerability has been resolved.
Incident Details:
The vulnerability had existed in the codebase for over a decade and could theoretically have been exploited to bypass the fixed total supply limit of 100 billion XRP. However, it was discovered by Veria AI through Ripple’s bug bounty program before any exploitation occurred.
Upon verification, the total circulating supply of XRP on the ledger stands at approximately 99.986 billion confirming that no new XRP was generated.
Regarding Patch 3.4.1:
The vulnerability was fixed in version 3.4.1 two weeks ago. This version became mandatory on the network only after undergoing the standard amendment voting process and securing sustained support from over 80% of validators for two consecutive weeks.
Authorities noted that triggering the vulnerability required hundreds of carefully crafted operations; standard payment transactions were virtually unaffected by the issue.
Regarding the Fix Process:
Publicly announcing the patch could have allowed attackers to use AI to accelerate vulnerability analysis. To mitigate this, the XRPL community including the XRP Ledger Foundation, RippleX, core developers, and validators reached a social consensus to proceed with a direct release of the fix. Moving forward, collaboration with RippleX and the community will be strengthened in areas such as formal verification, AI-based adversarial testing, security research, and bug bounty programs.
A decade-old vulnerability was patched before it could be exploited—no new XRP was created. What are your thoughts on the security of the XRPL following this incident?

THORChain has officially announced that the native RUNE token has been 100% unlocked.
The most notable aspect is the supply. The RUNE supply volume has gradually decreased over several stages:
Initially: 1 billion tokens
Subsequently reduced to 500 million
After burning 64.4 million RUNE from the reserve fund following the ADR-023 proposal in May the supply dropped further to 360 million tokens.
This continuous supply reduction is a significant fundamental signal: fewer tokens in circulation mean reduced potential selling pressure, provided demand remains stable or increases.
Additionally, THORChain announced its system revenue allocation:
59% of system revenue goes to nodes that must stake RUNE to secure the network. This revenue is derived from transaction fees paid by users for cross-chain transactions.
20% is allocated directly to the protocol's own liquidity. Every three days, the protocol deposits RUNE into the pool with the highest depth relative to transaction fees; half of this is held as RUNE and controlled by THORChain.
This structure demonstrates how revenue from transaction fees is redistributed to network validators and the protocol's own liquidity creating a self-contained mechanism rather than relying solely on token inflation.
The reduction in supply from 1 billion to 360 million is a long-term narrative. However, let's be realistic: strong fundamentals do not guarantee an immediate price surge. The market still requires capital inflows and a return of genuine demand.
With the supply down 64% from its initial level, what are your thoughts on this fundamental story?

$ZEC Zcash Set to Introduce Quantum Resistant Opcodes in January, Vizor Wallet Launches Private Query Feature
Zcash is making a notable move.
The Zakura full-node development team announced plans to introduce quantum-resistant signature opcodes to the network in January, enabling hash-based signatures for transparent payments.
Key details:
Zcash’s transparent payments publicly display transaction details, whereas shielded payments mask the sender, recipient, and amount.
The plan combines address rotation with private information queries; wallets can switch to a new address after each transaction, reducing the risk of public key exposure associated with WOTS (Winternitz One-Time Signature) hash-based signatures.
This week, the Vizor wallet launched a private query feature, which users can enable experimentally in the settings.
Note: Zakura’s plan currently covers only transparent Zcash payments. The network has not yet confirmed a specific activation date for the opcodes.
Ethereum researcher Justin Drake has previously warned that an AI-driven mathematical breakthrough could compromise related signature schemes within months rather than years. Vitalik Buterin has also suggested that encryption technology could be broken within the next two years.
This is a long-term issue, but one worth watching. Zcash is staying a step ahead in preparing for a post-quantum scenario.
Zcash is preparing for the post-quantum era, what do you think of this move? Could this become a long-term competitive advantage for ZEC?

$SPCX SpaceXAI Renamed to SpaceXSI – Musk Ditches "AI" for "SI" (Superintelligence)
Musk has just made a small but notable change: SpaceXAI has officially been renamed SpaceXSI.
The official Twitter account name now displays as "SpaceX Super Intelligence," and the handle has been updated to @SpaceXSI.
How did it all start?
It began when an X user named Freeze asked Musk if he would consider changing the name from SpaceXAI to SpaceXSI. About six days ago, Musk gave a brief reply: "Yes, we will make that change." Now, that change has become a reality.
Musk had previously stated that he would no longer use the term "AI" (artificial intelligence), opting instead for "SI" (superintelligence). In his view, "SI" is a superior, more powerful concept that more accurately reflects the company's true ambitions.
This is more than just a name change; it is a statement of direction. Musk does not want to build "artificial intelligence" in the conventional sense, he wants to build superintelligence. And he wants the world to know it.
Musk is done with "AI", it’s all about "SI" now. What do you think of this move?

$FIL FIL’s 6 Year Allocation Cycle Ends October 14, Annual New Supply Set for Massive 77% Drop
Here’s a key update for those tracking Filecoin: the "genesis allocation" cycle officially concludes on October 14.
What does this mean? The annual issuance of approximately 68.3 million FIL under the initial allocation mechanism will cease. From that point on, block rewards will become the primary source of new supply.
The specific figures, this is the noteworthy part:
Annual new supply (combined allocation + block rewards) is projected to drop from 88.9 million FIL to 20.6 million FIL, a reduction of roughly 77%.
The inflation rate relative to the circulating supply will fall from approximately 9.7% to 2.2%.
This is the type of structural supply shock that the market watches closely. A sharp drop in new supply entering the market while demand remains constant is theoretically a factor that supports long-term price appreciation.
Block rewards for storage providers remain unaffected by the end of the allocation period. Of these rewards, 25% are available for immediate use, while the remaining 75% are vested and released gradually over 180 days. So, don't mistake this for an end to miner rewards.
However, let's be realistic: supply reduction is a long-term narrative. It doesn't mean the price will instantly surge on October 14. The market needs time to absorb the change, and the price will still depend on capital flows and general market sentiment.
Have you taken note of this October 14 event? A 77% reduction in new supply – could it trigger a market rally?

$STRK This guy made over $1 million in less than a day!
He created a new wallet yesterday and opened a 3x long position on 24.42 million STRK (worth approximately $2.9 million).
That position is currently showing an unrealized profit of over $1.05 million.
No hype, no drama. Just a trade executed at the right time and in the right direction, with a stroke of luck. A brand-new wallet, no history, completely anonymous. Could be an insider. Could be a genius. Or maybe just a daredevil who got lucky.
Whatever the case, the numbers look great: a +36% gain in just one day using 3x leverage.
This is why the market always has winners and losers. But don't look at someone else's results and go "all-in" trying to copy them. Whales have millions of dollars to experiment with; you don't.
Manage your risk.
What do you guys think about this trade? Insider info or just luck?

$ZEC Whale Withdraws 26,100 ZEC Worth $31.93M from Exchanges in Minutes
A notable on-chain move has just taken place.
A whale purchased and withdrew a total of 26,100 ZEC from Binance and Kraken in just a few minutes, with a value of $31.93 million.
Details:
Withdrew 17,770 ZEC from Binance, worth $21.76 million
Withdrew 8,300 ZEC from K*ak*n, worth $10.17 million
This wasn't retail buying; it was a large-scale accumulation. Withdrawing from exchanges immediately after purchase is typically interpreted as a move to cold storage for long-term holding, thereby reducing sell pressure on the spot market.
Worth noting: ZEC is showing signs of recovery (+2.60%) following a recent sell-off. A whale spent over $30 million to accumulate the asset in minutes they aren't doing that for a quick, short-term trade.
Of course, a whale buying in doesn't guarantee a market bottom has formed. However, when significant capital quietly returns, it is a signal worth watching.

$XRP A Critical Vulnerability Lurking in XRP for Over a Decade Has Been Fixed, but It’s a Costly Lesson
This is the kind of news you don't want to hear if you hold XRP. According to a report by PANews, a critical vulnerability present for over a decade was recently discovered in the XRP Ledger (XRPL) payment engine. This flaw could have potentially led to the issuance of XRP beyond its fixed supply a cardinal sin for any blockchain.
Key takeaways:
The vulnerability was discovered by Veria AI through the bug bounty program.
It was never exploited, a stroke of great luck.
The RippleX team released the xrpld 3.4.1 fix and coordinated with validators to upgrade the network before making the information public.
J. Ayo Akinyele (RippleX Engineering Lead) confirmed that AI is accelerating vulnerability detection. Consequently, XRPL plans to ramp up investment in proactive security, address technical debt, promote formal verification, and systematically eliminate risks within legacy code.
A vulnerability capable of undermining XRP’s scarcity persisting for over ten years serves as a wake-up call for the entire industry. Fortunately, it remained unexploited, and the team resolved the issue before disclosure.
However, it also demonstrates that no blockchain is perfect, and "formal verification" is no longer merely an option, it is a necessity.
The upgrade is complete, and XRP continues to trade normally. Yet, this serves as a reminder: never place blind trust in any project, whether it has been running for ten years or ten days.
What do you think about this incident? Will it affect long-term confidence in XRP?

$WLD Newly Created Wallet Withdraws 440,000 WLD, Same Wallet Previously Spent Over $1M Accumulating ETH
A newly created wallet address has just made a notable move. A few hours ago, it withdrew 440,249 WLD valued at nearly $250,000 from an exchange.
What makes this interesting is that this isn't the wallet's first appearance. Just a week ago, this same address quietly purchased $ETH across multiple transactions, with a total investment exceeding $1 million.
A few points to consider:
It is a newly created wallet with no long-term history, making its behavior unpredictable.
Withdrawing tokens from a centralized exchange (CEX) is typically interpreted as a move toward long-term holding, which reduces selling pressure on the exchange.
Accumulating both ETH (a major asset) and WLD (an altcoin) suggests an individual or organization allocating their portfolio according to a specific strategy, rather than engaging in short-term trading.
However, don't get too excited just yet. A new wallet withdrawing $250,000 worth of tokens doesn't guarantee a market rally. Even "small whales" can be wrong. Given WLD's current liquidity, a sudden sell-off could still trigger significant volatility.
Keep watching. If this wallet continues to accumulate, *that* would be a signal worth paying attention to.
What do you think about this accumulation move? Is a "big player" quietly entering the market?

Notable news for the NEAR ecosystem: SVRN, a NEAR "account company," has announced the acquisition of FastNEAR, a high-performance RPC infrastructure platform.
Deal details:
FastNEAR will be integrated into SVRN as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Co-founders Evgeny (Eugene) Kuzyakov and Mike Purvis will join the SVRN team.
FastNEAR is currently a key RPC provider for NEAR applications, supporting a significant portion of the network's data layer.
What does FastNEAR do?
Server clusters handling network read/write operations.
Infrastructure for storing full transaction history.
NEARDATA source for developers to process transaction history.
This move strengthens NEAR's core infrastructure. Bringing a critical RPC platform under one roof (SVRN) signifies the ecosystem's gradual consolidation of vital infrastructure components. This generally benefits the developer experience by reducing fragmentation and ensuring more consistent support.
Key takeaway: The fact that FastNEAR's founders are joining SVRN indicates that this is not merely an asset acquisition but an acqui-hire of the team itself. In crypto, talent often matters more than code.
No hype, just a strategic infrastructure move. Yet, robust infrastructure serves as the foundation for everything built upon it.

$POL Whale Moves 10 Million Tokens to Binance, Potentially Accepting a Loss of Nearly $400k
A whale has just made a notable move.
Address 0x5EC previously purchased 25 million POL at an average price of approximately $0.1228, with a total investment of around $3.07 million.
Subsequently, the address used the POL as collateral on Aave to borrow about $1.4 million for trading on Binance.
However, as the price of POL fell, the holder withdrew the $1.4 million to repay the loan and reclaim the collateralized POL. At the same time, they transferred an additional 10 million POL valued at roughly $987,000 at current prices to Binance.
If sold at this price level, the realized loss could reach nearly $400,000.
This is a classic example showing that whales aren't always right. They utilize leverage and collateral, but when the market moves against them, they are forced to manage their positions sometimes selling to cut losses or free up collateral.
Even whales have to cut their losses sometimes. What do you think about this move? Is it a bearish signal for POL?

$XRP Evernorth Completes SPAC Merger, Prepares for Nasdaq Listing Under Ticker XRPN
This is major news for the XRP community. Evernorth Holdings has just completed its merger with the SPAC Armada Acquisition Corp. II an initiative launched by Arrington XRP Capital Fund. Common shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN starting October 12, 2026, with the company set to ring the Nasdaq closing bell on October 14.
Key figures:
Holds approximately 473 million XRP
Raised approximately $300 million in gross cash proceeds (before fees)
Founder & CEO Asheesh Birla stated that the goal is to build an actively managed fund for XRP, support ecosystem growth, and meet the transparency and governance requirements of public markets. As institutional DeFi expands alongside tokenized assets, on-chain credit markets, and payment infrastructure requiring capital Evernorth aims to serve as that source of capital, operating under the reporting and governance standards of a Nasdaq-listed company.
Michael Arrington noted that supporting Evernorth represents an extension of his vision for XRP bringing in large-scale capital, active participation, and public company standards.

$XRP A 10 Year Old Hidden Vulnerability Just Patched, Fortunately, It Was Never Exploited
The XRP Ledger team has just revealed a shocking update: version xrpld 3.4.1 has fixed an integer overflow vulnerability in the payment engine that could have allowed an attacker to arbitrarily create XRP.
Specifically:
An attacker could combine hundreds of specially crafted orders with a single payment transaction to bypass the "no additional XRP issuance" safety check.
The resulting issuance could have far exceeded the current total supply.
This vulnerability may have existed since 2015.
Timeline:
September 22: Researchers reported the issue via the bug bounty program.
September 25: Version 3.4.1 was released.
Current status: No signs of exploitation have been detected.
This was a critical vulnerability had it been exploited, it could have completely destroyed confidence in XRP. Fortunately, the development team responded quickly, and the bug bounty community played its role effectively.
The lesson: No system is perfect. Even a blockchain that has been running for over a decade can harbor a fatal vulnerability.
A 10 year old vulnerability exploitation would have been catastrophic. What do you think about this news?

$OP Unichain Migrates to OP Enterprise, Testnet Move Set for October 13
Unichain has announced its migration to OP Enterprise, a preparatory step toward enabling native cross-chain interoperability on the OP Stack.
Key highlights:
Once the interoperability feature launches, users will no longer need cross-chain bridges to transfer assets between OP Stack chains. $ETH support will be the first to roll out.
Testnet migration: October 13.
Mainnet launch: Expected late October.
This is significant news. If native interoperability on the OP Stack succeeds, it will transform how capital flows across the entire Superchain ecosystem. No more bridges, no more bridge fees, and crucially no more risk of bridge hacks, which have been among the costliest vulnerabilities in crypto.
However, don't get ahead of yourself. The "late October" timeline is merely an estimate, and schedules in crypto often slip. Native interoperability is a complex technical challenge; success remains to be seen until the actual mainnet launch.
Success would mark a major milestone for both the OP Stack and Unichain. Failure would simply mean another delayed roadmap, much like those of countless other projects.
Keep a close eye on the news. Don't chase rumors, let the market confirm the developments.

$SOL SKYA Treasury Transfers 468K SOL Worth $51.1 Million in Less Than a Day
An address linked to the SKYA treasury (skyaico) has transferred 468,000 SOL ($51.10 million) in under 24 hours.
Transaction details:
218,000 SOL => transferred to various centralized exchanges (CEXs)
250,000 SOL => transferred to the institutional service platform BitGo
According to a disclosure from September 14, SKYA held over 2 million SOL in reserve at the time; this transfer represents approximately 23% of their total holdings.
What does this mean?
Transfers to CEXs often signal preparations to sell or provide liquidity.
Transfers to BitGo (an institutional custody platform) usually indicate a move to cold storage or a restructuring of custody arrangements, rather than an immediate sale.
The split—sending some to CEXs and some to BitGo suggests a deliberate treasury management move rather than a panic sell-off. However, a $51 million movement in a single day is significant enough to warrant market attention.
Keep a close watch: If the 218K SOL sent to exchanges is actually sold, it could exert short-term downward pressure on the SOL price. If it is merely an internal reallocation, the market will likely absorb it quickly.

$CC Canton Network Announces CIP Draft – Proposal to Burn CC for Network Traffic Fees
Canton Network has released a token economics proposal titled "Universal Burn and Synchronizer Pricing," put forward by Yiannis Varelas of 5North and Shaul Kfir of Digital Asset.
Key proposal details:
All production Synchronizers on the Canton mainnet including Dedicated Synchronizers must pay network traffic fees denominated in US dollars via an on-chain mechanism involving the burning (destruction) of Canton Coin (CC).
The deployment and operation of Dedicated Synchronizers will transition to a permissionless model. Activity on these synchronizers will also be included in the scope of validator and application rewards.
Current context:
Activity passing through the Global Synchronizer currently triggers CC burning.
Previously, Dedicated Synchronizers paid fees to Digital Asset under a commercial software license. This fee structure will be phased out as Digital Asset open-sources the core network.
Pricing and discount details:
The price for the Global Synchronizer remains fixed at $60 per MB.
The testnet environment remains free to use.
Dedicated Synchronizers may qualify for volume-based discounts.
Users can opt to stake $CC as collateral for long-term commitments to secure additional discounts.
Specific pricing curves and parameters will be outlined in future CIPs.
Expected roadmap:
Phase 1 (Q1 2027): Implementation of the Universal Burn mechanism. Phase 2 (Q3 2027): Valuation and discount curves come into effect.
Shifting to a model where CC tokens are burned to pay for throughput fees could exert downward pressure on CC supply over time, provided network transaction volumes increase. This is a positive signal for long-term tokenomics, even though actual implementation is still some time away.
Canton Network is moving to a token-burn model for fee payments a positive signal for CC supply. What do you think about this proposal?
