My heart goes out to everyone affected by the devastating floods in Nepal. I sincerely hope that you, your families, and your loved ones are safe and protected during this difficult time.
Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Wishing Nepal strength, courage, and a quick recovery. 🇳🇵❤️
Being a global streamer has some truly beautiful sides, but it also has some very sad ones.
On one hand, you get to meet people from different countries, learn about the cultures of different cities and villages, and see the world through their eyes.
But on the other hand, whenever there is an earthquake, war, flood, or any other disaster somewhere in the world, you worry about the members you know there. Every time something happens, I reach out to my members in the affected countries through general messages to ask if they are okay. Some say, “We’re fine,” but some may never be able to respond. And honestly, that thought is deeply saddening.
Because after a while, they stop being just people on a screen. They become people you know, people you have talked to, people living in different parts of the world.
Yet, somehow, we are all sharing the same moment in time, together, on a tiny speck of dust in the universe, for an incredibly brief moment on an astronomical scale.
Despite everything, I feel lucky to be alive in the same period of time as all of you and to have had the chance to know you.
I wish every one of you a long, healthy, and happy life. 🙏
To all our members in Venezuela, we are deeply sorry to hear about the earthquake. Stay strong, stay safe, and our thoughts are with you and your loved ones. ❤️🙏
