That kind of parabolic move usually needs a serious cooldown.

$0.130 looks like a strong rejection zone, and with momentum now fading, a retracement toward $0.105 → $0.100 → $0.090 would not be surprising.

The rally may have been impressive — but chasing after a ~40% move is a different story.

Hedge Mode: Genius risk management… or a very complicated way to stress yourself? 😂

Hedge mode can be useful in crypto because you can hold LONG + SHORT simultaneously instead of being forced to choose one direction.

The benefit? You can manage volatility, partially offset exposure, lock in some gains/losses, and wait for confirmation before fully committing to a direction.

But there’s a catch: hedging doesn't magically remove risk.
You still pay trading fees, funding can accumulate, margin can get squeezed, and if your position sizes aren't balanced, you can still have significant directional exposure.

And then there is my QNT hedge trade 😂👇

🔴 SHORT: $235.28
🟢 LONG: $247.28
📍 Current mark: around $242.61

So technically I'm holding both sides while QNT decides whether it wants to make me a genius or a clown. 🤡

If QNT moves toward $260–270, the structure becomes increasingly favorable to my net-long exposure.

But the combined structure doesn't reach its approximate overall break-even until around $284.2, depending on fees/funding and exact position sizes.

And no, I'm not adding another position around $242 just because it's sitting there looking tempting. 😂

That's another important hedge lesson:

A hedge is a risk-management tool, not an excuse to keep adding positions.

Sometimes the smartest move after opening a hedge is simply to sit back, manage margin, and let the market reveal its direction.

Crypto: where you can be LONG and SHORT at the same time… and still somehow be wrong. 😂📈📉
