Trade Setup: If price breaks and holds above 4,588, it could give a bullish signal toward higher levels. This GOLD short trade was taken in my Y.T live stream and played out perfectly.

I took the trade because price rejected the 4,675–4,680 resistance zone, followed by a bearish EMA crossover and strong selling pressure. Then, price broke below the 4,660 support, confirming the bearish setup.

I entered the short after confirmation, targeting around 4,628. Price continued falling and hit the target exactly as expected. 🎯📉

I initially wondered why Dusk’s wallet would use an EIP-1193-style provider pattern when Dusk isn’t EVM.

Then it clicked: the goal isn’t to make Dusk EVM. It’s to give developers a familiar way to connect wallets, request actions, and listen for events.

But there’s a trade-off I find interesting: familiarity can make integration easier while also hiding how different Dusk actually is.

The more I looked into Dusk’s Succinct Attestation, the more I realized I was thinking about it too simply.

At first, I saw the consensus design and expected the main goal to be speed. But proposal, validation, and ratification suggest something more important: making settlement predictable.

What caught my attention is the trade-off. That reliability still depends on provisioners participating properly, so speed and consistency aren’t completely separate.

For financial applications, I’m starting to wonder: would you choose predictable finality over raw speed?
