New open-source example: TON users accessing EVM products through a Mini App
A practical reference for builders is now available. The Omniston TON-EVM Mini App example shows how an EVM-native product can be exposed to TON users inside Telegram without making them manage the cross-chain process themselves.
Here’s the basic flow:
• User connects a TON wallet via TonConnect
• An EVM wallet is created in the background with Dynamic WaaS
• Omniston handles the cross-chain execution between TON and EVM
The demo uses TON USDT and Arbitrum USDT0 to show both directions of the transfer. The user stays in a familiar TON + Telegram environment, while the EVM side and the cross-chain step remain in the background.
This approach is useful for EVM protocols that want to reach TON users without becoming TON-native projects. The repository is an integration example rather than a production-ready app, but it provides a clear reference for anyone building similar experiences.
