Ukraine’s Digital Transformation Ministry reported that attacks on data centers over the past week disrupted service for approximately 100,000 households in Kyiv and the surrounding area.
The impact goes beyond a screen showing “No Signal”: families need to stay in touch, and people depend on connectivity for urgent information.
