**What is it?**
A bridge between blockchain platforms and the Eurozone's core payment system. Tokenized securities can now settle in real central bank money, the safest form of money there is.

**Who's on board?**
Clearstream (Deutsche Börse), Axiology, Cashlink and SWIAT are the first operators.

**Why it matters:**
✅ Central banks are now building on DLT, not just studying it
✅ Tokenization is moving from pilots to real infrastructure
✅ It's wholesale for now, but it sets the direction for European finance

Note: this is for institutions, not retail crypto. But when the ECB builds the rails, the industry follows.
